Ordering
Orders are placed through our website. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a unique JaneLeigh & Co. order reference and an email confirming that your order has been received and is awaiting payment.
Payment
EFT bank transfer is our only payment method. Please use your order reference as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order. No card payments are processed on this website.
Your order remains “Awaiting Payment” until the funds reflect in our account and have been verified by us.
Proof of payment
Once payment has been made, please send your proof of payment by WhatsApp to 079 908 4985 or by email to hello@janeleighandco.com. You may also upload it securely on your order confirmation page.
Preparation time
Your order will be prepared once payment has been verified. As Bee Well products are handmade and carefully packaged in small batches, please allow 2–3 working days for preparation after payment confirmation. Courier delivery time is additional.
PUDO Locker-to-Door Delivery
Your order will be carefully prepared and placed in our PUDO locker for courier collection. It will then be delivered directly to the physical address you provide. Please allow 2–3 working days for order preparation after payment has been confirmed. Courier delivery time is additional.
A flat delivery fee of ZAR 120.00 applies to all deliveries within South Africa.
Collection
Collection is free and by appointment only. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time once your order is ready. Collection details will only be shared after payment has been confirmed.
Returns & care
As every product is handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of their character and are not considered faults. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Privacy
Your details are used only to process your order and to contact you about it. We never sell or share your information. You may ask us to remove your details at any time by writing to hello@janeleighandco.com.
